A discounted rate is available for students & residents .  Discounted rooms require double occupancy.  Since student rooms are limited, please try to share a room with another student.  To receive the student rate, you must contact COVD to acquire a confirmation number.  Once you have the confirmation number, you must email Marilynn Luyando, Reservations Group Coordinator for the Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa.

Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy
If you booked prior to 2 months before the meeting, approximately 2 months to the time of your arrival, you will be charged for one nights room deposit.  You can cancel room reservations up to 5 days prior to your arrival with no charges occurring. 

If you cancel your reservation after 5 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged for the one night deposit.  If you change your reservation day arrival/departure, there is no additional charges that will be incurred.
